Sharing the nitty gritty! I'll try and get in there and fix those.
So I'm having a look at your relays (if you'd like some amateur advice) and I can see you have quite a few. Also one is configured in error (the 3rd from bottom):
You really only need a few relays (unless you want specific content from specific relays).
You publish to your outbox relay, when people see you they make a note of your relay and if they follow you, they will query your primary relay for your posts. You may want a secondary relay as a backup, but that's it.
You discover others by either searching for content or by seeing reposts from existing follows.
Having too many relays can slow you down or add additional load to your client. If you look at my relay config, which you can do from most clients. You can see I only have 5.
I publish to my own relay https://nortis.nostr1.com/trex
I pay for a large central relay https://nostr.wine/
I use wss://hist.nostr.land/ to backup my follows
and because I use the Damus client a lot, that relay is also included: wss://relay.damus.io/
Note to self, I should really delete the wss://relay.getalby.com/v1 relay 😂
If you get into specific groups or topics you may wish to add relevant relays, but that's it. It's that simple (at this stage at least).
