Amazing how such a tough cut of meat becomes so good after low and slow treatment. I prefer doing mine in a smoker personally.

It’s actually a fiat thing. The most expensive cuts are easy and fast to cook. The cheap cuts have superior taste, but takes patience and some skill to get right.
My wife is telling me the electricity cost of my slow cooker making beef bone broth means it’s probably cheaper to buy. But mine is definitely better. No question….
My wife cranks out gallons of bone broth in our slow cooker. That’s a win for sure making your own vs purchasing.
