I think don’t matter if you know what you are doing or not, censorship is censorship.

It’s like when you accidentally kill someone while driving. It’s unintentional, you won’t rot in hell or go to jail, but you DID kill someone

I got you. so does client 's 140 character limit count as censorship because it defacto limits user's expression in a single post
