If you just want something fast and easy speed.app or strike.me if you run your own node, Zeus or albygo… I think cash app has lightning addresses too
No need for your own node for Zeus. It'll connect to Bitcoin over neutrino and has an embedded LND server, as well as a lightning address available using Cashu.
It's come a long way in the last year.
