Does most of the content sent commonly refer to some strangers‘ posts? For events from mostr.pub, is there a ”mostr“ with tags? If so, I can identify these tags and block them all.

It's a bridge relay between ActivityPub and Nostr, and currently it'll flush posts regardless of the users' intentions. I think that they shouldn't be displayed them in the Universe feed.

Yes, the events in this relay have "mostr" tags so we can block them.
