lol. 28 degrees is warm but just stay in the damn shade.
man, weather has turned so hard into enviro-terror propaganda these days.
28 is just barely in the range of uncomfortable if you have to spend a lot of time in the sun, and the wind isn't blowing. or you can't bear to dress appropriately. i've always hated stupid events and dress codes that require inappropriate clothing for the weather. 28 is shorts and singlets weather. if the bar requiires me to wear a t-shirt and pants they better compensate me with air conditioning.
