It’s crucial that you die a hundred times while still alive.

Constant growth.

Constant change.

Repeated metamorphosis.

If you’re the same person at 40 that you were at 20 then you’ve wasted 20 years.

It will be very painful and uncomfortable to constantly change, but not changing will be even more painful.

Easier said than done.

I think ‘growth’ is different from ‘change’

Two sides of the same coin in my mind

‘growth’ has a meaning of going ‘higher’ i guess. Change is multi-directional.

I guess in that sense you’re right and change serves growth. Change for change sake, not desirable. Whereas change from growth sake is.

A kid grows into a man/woman.

However, psychological/inward growth (gradual process of evolution), does it really exist?
