In WoS hit receive, then the Bitcoin symbol (2nd Button) and you’ll get an on chain address where you can send your Bitcoin to transfer it to the wallet.

Only send as much as you trust wallet of Satoshi with.

Lightning wallets hold the bitcoin for you, the LN transaction is "off chain" so it doesn't have to go through the same process to record the transaction like "on chain" so in reality you don't control that like you do with your bitcoin wallet.

Think of LN #btc as your spending money and the btc in your on chain wallet as your savings money.
