Steam or sauna? And why?
Discussion
both are nice for different occasions
Ok so after a long day if you had both options, which do you choose?
well it's really common to have a regular "finnish sauna" at our houses and even apartments here, so i'd say that
it's more multifunctional also, great to dry your clothes in, and much more dynamic in general
Sauna, never enjoyed humidity
Noted. The steam is definitely more intense. I feel like it’s more of an exercise that you have to practice to make it more relaxing. The sauna can be relaxing from the get-go.
