visiting my friend in Trondheim made me think about being outgoing and having money, and how one pretty much requires the other.
in a scenario where i moved there and he introduced me to his circle of friends, my life would suddenly get a lot more expensive, because they're always going out together.
i'm mostly used to spending in shops as opposed to bars and restaurants. i get the thing i want and i leave. it's usually something affordable like bread. other than that, i barely spend at all.
it's relatively easy to be poor if you live like that. you just don't need all that much money. but it also doesn't make you any friends.
