Society has an hierarchical structure where certain info is only shared and dispersed to those who have “authority” to it e.g (restricted, confidential, top secret etc etc).

You learn that decision makers on top have an overall view of the situation and can make better decisions.

Decisions that occasionally make no sense to the people on the ground but it’s only because those on the ground are not privy to the information that decision makers know.

What if the adoption is being discussed at high levels not privy to us folks on a level you can associate with a junior Non-Commissioned Officer in the DOD?

What if #BTC  is inevitable and it’s incorporation into society is being strategically done to avoid mass chaos?
