Maybe a bit earlier even. I see it like email adoption
Mass email adoption was catalyzed by L2 centralized servers. Ease of use and convenience made adoption go parabolic.
So fractal for Bitcoin is the LN (and potential tech like Ark) plus centralized L3’s like Strike / CashApp.
