the whole idea block propagation speed being slow makes mining more centralized makes no sense. its based on the idea that there is already a centralization... so dumb.

Adam has spent too much time with Wall Street that he has forgotten that Noderunners know what he is talking about. His gas lighting will not work.
... also, To the extent that big miners benefit by slower propagation of the blocks that they mine, they could just delay broadcasting those blocks.
All of these arguments regarding incentives - but completely ignore the obvious competing incentives - really get tiresome.
