They wouldn't be buying the company, just the dotcom site is being auctioned as part of the asset sale/ liquidation.

Yes it is all capital they have.
But maybe not necessarily going all to one person/ company. Like the site could be bought by one person, the equipment by another etc etc. Not sure tho.
