That is so awesome.

I bought a house back in 1997 and the previous owner of the house; we’ll just call him Ray, had left an album of old photographs and I looked through the album and it was just spectacular. They had pictures from road trips out to Mount Rushmore / the corn palace etc in the 40s and down to the Tennessee Valley and so on. I desperately tried to get the album back to him. found out he died so I gave the album to his kids that I got in touch with. about a year later I found out they just threw it in the garbage and I was heartbroken because the pictures were so cool.
