I query some popular relays for a given pubkey, events after a specific date, limit 1. If the relays return 0 events, that's an inactive user.
Any chance you could share the code you used query this? And how are you sending them to 🪦?

I'll share the code. I'm not sure what you mean by sending them, I'm just creating a list.
Apologies I thought you were muting/blocking them. I take it this is more a of utilization deep dive?
