Negotiation with a tumor

Tumor: after all those years of slowly growing, waiting and fighting all the good health habits you want me to give an inch? A year is the best i can give you, onetumor has to eat or it dies, fast!(pun intended)

Patient: Listen to that silly guy haha what a simpleton.. to thinks being healed from cancer is worth the risk to waste the year we have left together, my malignant love.

Tumor: I love you so much i will kill you tomorrow.
