Will it always be an issue that notes can be seen on some Clients and not on others?

The protocol is evolving so if the note is practically new it may not show up in clients that have yet to caught up with it.
Nostur is pretty clever and suggests other supporting clients when it doesnât support a kind of note. Eventually it will add support but you get to know whatâs happening.
It is not a new note. It still only appears on my profile on Damus and not on Primal. I understand that the protocol is evolving, but I think it is best to fix this problem soon.
do if it's because of an unsupported note type (kind, e.g. long content, or photo-type) or because it's posted to less known relays?

I can see it on Damus but not on Primal. Itâs not the only time. It happened with some of the short notes (i.e. GM )
those can be bugs of individual clients, hard to say
I think that not all clients support that feature (kind). How I understand: basic notes are supported by all clients, and other kinds are up to the devs... This seems to be "by design". I hope long content will be widely supported
