Contact lists shouldn’t be replaceable lists.

Nostr needs a type of list that only allows to add or remove one contact at a time.

scuttlebutt doesn’t have a single contact list. Instead each follow / unfollow / block are individual contact messages. it has advantages and disadvantages over the nostr system.
