Looks to be some editing going on. If you watch close it comes out of water going towards the right then the body morphs oddly and then is coming straight toward camera. I could be wrong but Im declaring shenangans

That tail makes no sense. Looks like someone 'shopped a random animal part ( elephant's trunk maybe) onto an otherwise reasonable critter.
