My take: education is our top need. Sales enablement, marketing content that conveys value over jargon, consumer education.
If you can take your technical skills and comms abilities and adapt them to bridging the gap between features and outcomes, you're in good shape.
100% - I have a friend doing something interesting with some smart accomplished people, and the immediate thing that jumped out was the education-at-large required before their service became remotely compelling.
