First of all - let me explain you my operation principle.
I love to recycle.
In germany where I am ridden there is a deposit in EUR on bottles and cans, but people leave them lying around everywhere in larger cities.
The collectors reward of a can is 25 cents. The bottle deposit is 8 cent.
From a value density perspective cans are much superior, but my time preference has lowered.
I started to collect only cans and plastic bottles. After realizing the amount of sats I left behind I also started to pick up the heavy bottles. They are around 900 g.
Since I started this project 2 years ago some of the reward is up 4x. This means a glass bottle is now worth a can and a can is now a full euro.

I earn a very decent salary. Another job with timely obligations is not my goal.
I do this while keeping my body in shape and collecting sats meanwhile.
Have not found another possibility except bicycle messenger...
I just value my freedom in time more than the possiblity to earn even more sats.
