Pharmausca has been around awhile, you can make it yourself - check the DMT-nexus site for instructions - but the ritual of drinking the potion is as important as the chemical itself.

In terms of accessiblility, if you're in the US, check out the ONAC churches (Oklevuha Native American Church) they have branches all over you can visit for doses. I'd recommend the one in Orlando, FL called Soul Quest, run by Chris Young, he's legit. There's another in Tennessee, as well out west - the Peyote Way Church of God is another that comes to mind.

Just don't get too obsessed, DMT is a never ending rabbit hole, giving more questions than answers, oftentimes.. can be maddening to integrate what it shows you into your worldview..
