My personal favorite is Rhodia. Their pads come in a variety of sizes and come in lined, dot grid and blank. The paper is nice and doesn't bleed with heavy ink usage.
There are a couple other notebook style papers I could suggest as well if you're interested.

It's a great choice! I stock up on their pads every now and then and use them in a pretty general way. Daily usage kind of thing.
