Fuck anyone that is griping about "minimum wage" if you don't want minimum wage don't be in the bottom 1.3% of adults working by the hour or the bottom 3% of teen agers and you won't. If you don't want minimum wage don't be a minimum employee.

Other than my evaluation period in my first couple of jobs, I have never worked for minimum wage. I make myself valuable. My current employer put me on a sales commission percentage in order to get me more money. I dont sell anything. I am just the parts warehouse guy.
