What's round their necks?

Gallagher gps collars which (once Gallagher gets them working) will allow us to graze them intensively without all the labor of poly fences like we currently do

Interesting, I just asked AI if they use cellular for communications as the website didn't explain this. Turns out they do.

You might want to check out LoRa networks. They are free low bandwidth global cellular networks. They have become popular recently in Meshtastic pagers.

I wrote about them in 2016 here:

Yeah, there are a few different tech approaches to these. I wish we had bandwidth to build them in house

I want Gallagher's software with Halter's hardware

In Ireland, right now, and they are never out of sight. Sheep, too

That always makes somewhere a good place to be 😁

COW = CUDDLE OF WORK 🧑

Damn wifi emf round their necks 24/7 All dairy cows too now. Does milk production go up or down? What does it do to mitochondria?

I actually looked into this before doing it. The collar is not always connected, it only pings service every so often to download the map and location is largely done locally using accelerometers

They didn't do this because of caring but because they needed to be efficient for battery life but it ends up helping with EMF exposure too

Thanks for that info πŸ‘
