I feel like users should just have a wallet as soon as they download the app. When I’m getting my friends on here, I have to explain to them and show them how to make an Alby wallet which takes ages and at that point they’re lost.

No it doesn’t. It’s the fact that you can’t receive Lightning payments without an active server, your phone can’t just always be running Damus waiting for zaps…
