Iirc. Tucker was going to meet with Putin. Someone in DC tipped him off that ppl knew or something. He was using signal. My guess is they pwnd Putin’s PoC phone or other device to get decryption keys.
But also. Back doors everywhere so wouldn’t be surprised.
