The Rifleman.
Not exactly typical for the time period. Classic 50s show. Fancy shooting and strong jaws.
I'm also a sucker for many of the spaghetti westerns. I also like goofy stuff like that The Three Amigos.

Ohhh Iβve never seen the rifleman thank you! Spaghetti westerns are good!!! I also like samurai movies because those are basically westerns too! And the three amigos is fun π
You're correct that baby samurai movies are conceptually related to westerns.
One of the best crossovers is the most The Magnificent Seven.
The original Japanese movie is excellent on its own, but I'm often amazed at how much of it came through in the americanized version. It's also really hard to beat Yul Brenner in any role he ever played.
Right!! The samurai have swords instead of guns like the cowboys do but same mood!! Putting βThe magnificent sevenβ on my list too βοΈ
Good!
And yes! But also many samurai did also use firearms, just not off the same sort that cowboys used.
