Very happy to see this bill introduced to advance Bitcoin policy in Oklahoma.

One important part is the clarification that no noncustodial Bitcoin projects nor those that keep away from fiat should be required to have money transmission licenses (#freesamourai)

Encouraging to see. Any movement on a de minimis cap gains exemption, if only to agitate fedgov?

Yes — Sen. Ted Budd from my great state of North Carolina should be introducing a new bill by February. We’re meeting his team to make the argument for a very high exemption
