I’ve come across so many ageists Boomers. They have a weird way of not paying respect to older generations but also demanding younger generations show them respect they don’t deserve.

So many problems at my job boil down to:

1) boomer higher up doesn’t know anything, makes a terrible decision

2) boomer middle manager is scared to disagree with senior boomer

3) millennials clean up the mess
