I just opened f-droid to update my app and Bazzar started to send notifications and reminders!!!

It's because the regime has filtered and banned a lot of global apps and services and has forced people to install its spy softwares.
You need bank service? You have to install their apps.
You want to buy a car? You have to install their apps.
You want to enroll your kid is school? You have to install their apps.
You want to put a food order? You have to install their apps.
...
Our devices are practically trash cans after all this time under the oppression.
