Also, if you're an F1 watcher in the Philippines, there's a cheap and legal way to watch F1 on your phone. It seems that beIN Sports recently acquired the rights for F1 on SEA and they've launched an app that can livestream FP1, FP2, Quali and the Race itself.

It's not as great as the F1TV app but they're cheap enough that I don't mind shelling out a bit just so I can avoid doing the weird IP contortions that I would normally do to avoid region blocking.
