Started the exercise thing a month early to see if I could stick it, so far so good! Yes yes, I know Apple are the evil empire but I respond well to stats, so it is what it is. How are your lifestyle improvements doing?

Days without chewing nails: 2

Last year’s wins that stuck included trading margarine for proper butter and increasing my beef intake.
