Amish communities have been my best connections in accommodating Zabiha.

Really depends on where you're located. Personally I buy from nearby farms and then slaughter myself.

I’m flexible — Tennessee, Kentucky, and Ohio are accessible part of the year. Pennsylvania as well other times of year.

Have some relatives in Ohio I can ask. And I hear Pennsylvania has good farm land. Unfortunately I don't know that part of the country too well.
