ROLL CALL! WHO HIT THE RACKS THIS MORNING?

Finished my mile under 15 minutes, wasn't feeling super fresh so I walked at a heavy incline. Now I'm sitting at the chest press trying to find the strength to move this 200lbs bar atleast 5 times....

Even when you don't feel like it, you should push. Push through it, even if you know that you're not giving it your all. You showed up and put effort forward. Tomorrow you'll push harder. Tomorrow you'll hit that goal. Tomorrow is coming and today is your preparation.
