No error message. The zap loading circle makes it about a quarter of the way and then disappears and becomes the zap icon again. I took out the NWC details and am paying invoices with Zeus/Alby at the moment.

Can you check if the sats are leaving alby's wallet next time? It can be an error on the lightning side or simply an error on receiving the zap event (which uses your new Public Inbox relays)
I can confirm that when the zap fails with Alby NWC, no sats are actually sent.
Hum.. I tested a few just now and it worked. Which person are you trying to zap?
Anyone with a walletofsatoshi address, for example:
I just did it 3 times. Can you check if you are not hitting some Alby limit on the NWC?
I saw those. So I just reinstalled amethyst from obtainium, cleared all of my NWC connections on Alby, and reset all my permissions on amber to start fresh.
Then I reconnected Amber and Alby to Amethyst.
I failed to zap the note I linked to above and successfully zapped you. I'm not sure where the issue might be, but thanks for looking into it.
hum.. very strange. I am zapping lots of people from wallet of satoshi.. I am wondering if it is a server time out thing. 🤔
Yeah I dunno. I switched my VPN from tailscale to mullvad to try a new IP address and still get the same issue.
Is there a way for me to generate logs from amethyst to see what's happening when I send a zap?
As it turns out, I think WoS has some IP blocking going on. But it seems pretty inconsistent. There are some states and countries it allows and some it doesn't. I can zap in Texas but not in Florida. In Sweden but not South Africa.
You'll see a zap from me on that note now, which I made through Zeus which is connected to my Alby account.
