Yeah! Something about a Strawberry Pale Ale, I think...
Can you sure some insights, i love Pale would like to try something
For this one I made a goldish pale ale and added 2 Kg (~4.4 pounds) of mashed frozen strawberries after the first fermentation. Batch was 15 l (~3.96 gallons).
You have to filter before conditioning to get rid of all the fruit or you'll get a strong barf-like aftertaste from the fermented fruit.
