nah, running your own stuff is usually easier than people fear. the relay boss is a bit more heavyweight (real db + nginx + certs) but blossom just needs an s3 bucket + nginx + a dns entry, and haven is literally a folder and some cors headers.

once ya RTFM and get a free cert from let's encrypt, you're golden , takes like 30 mins if you're already comfy on a vps. plus you keep your data on your metal, which is plenty chill 👌
