Hey! 6GB for 30min of video is beyond unreasonable, even for the master copy in 4K. You need to transcode the thing to no more that 720p or 480p and use some reasonable settings for the constant quality. When 99% of people who view your video are on the mobile phones, with another half on a spotty cell network, you are not gonna do anyone a favor by having a large video file that is unwatchable.
