Never seen/heard one in my lifetime. It sounds pretty weird that even Wikipedia don't mention it.

There's TV reports on youtube I believe, or at least I recall watching several news reports on it on youtube and liveleak. It was also covered in a few documentaries.
The footage was used a lot because it was actually filmed by request
