It’s basically the same thing as Canola oil. If you want to avoid that, you can try to find some that are cooked in peanut or avocado oil. They’re also more delicious.

I don’t know if they sell these where you live, but maybe you can find something similar.
Rapeseed (canola) oil is basically the norm here unfortunately. Although if you could get those anywhere I’d say Eshara is in the right place
