Says something about our modern world that we don't expect to get more than a decade out of our TV and start feeling like it needs to be replaced. I think about getting a new TV sometimes. One that's bigger, thinner, has 4k resolution or a faster refresh rate. But then I'm like fuck that. If I can get 20+ years out of this TV I will. Sad that shit is built to be replaced every 10 years or less and not built to last.
