AFAIK it's not supported by Haven or Strfry

That'd be awesome!

I ran my own https://github.com/max21dev/groups-relay and it worked. But it went down and I don't have the time to do the sysadmin on it. Hence i turned to you ;)

Config wise it doesn't need much, i think similar to your other relays you need to set up an owner / moderators.
