Just be sure not to swamp; when fat is consumed alongside a high sugar intake, the sugar is stored as saturated fat on the body in order to prioritize the dietary fat (which is a more expensive and risky biological process).

Or push to later in the day, while reducing sugar intake at that time to 'make room' for lipid metabolism.

We need saturated fats for cholestoral and to maintain muscle glycogen, so a good strategy that optimizes body composition overall is smart to have.
