”You can’t expect figs in the winter”. Learning to be honest about where I am in life and what can and cannot come with that. If you can’t change it and you really, really want it, accept it.

This is a huge "life" thing I think eventually happens to almost all of us? Where you get to a certain point where you dont allow other peoples opinions or perceptions to stop you from going about your normal flow in your life. I think maybe as we get older we get more comfortable with "uncomfortable truths" and we're more accepting of cirumstance. Also as you get older and wiser in this way, you see that a lot of times an obstacle can be turned into a solution, or lesson.
