Yes, and I cook with olive and avocado oil and usually lots of soy protein (people freak out a little too much re soy when you can eat a comfortably large amount daily without much concern)

Yeah, I eased into it from being a heavy meat eater most of my life, then pescatarian one year, then have been vegan the past 4.

My energy, skin, hair, weight, and cholesterol have all been really good since, but I did a lot of research before hand and take supplements.

A lot of folks who try vegan (not saying you! Just in general) try to do salads, or are eating junk food and just feel hungry or not eating good food.

Both meat eaters and vegans can fall prey to this!
