Depending on where you are in the world that'd quite possibly true - this meal just cost about 10% of the average weekly rental cost of a one bed flat around here, so I'd imagine on many places that's quite a lot of rent

I tend to look at the amount of time and relative effort something costs me, it's a much more reliable way of understanding the cost of things
