Bitcoin can make prenups less important. Finding the right partner is the gold standard though. Ultimately I’m not sure why anyone cares what type of contract two people decide to consensually enter.

Some people think that the world should be a certain way. They think that people are incapable of ruling themselves and making their own responsible decisions. So they call on violent extortionists to steal money from peaceful people to enforce their standard of fairness. They think this is the only way to have a fair society. The statist is no different from a socialist.
