Laguna Diamante in Argentina's Catamarca province is situated at ~4600m (~15100ft) in one of the biggest craters on earth - Cerro Galán Caldera.

To reach this beautiful lagoon, one has to descend from a steep rocky crater rim at 4850m (~16000ft) and ride into the crater.

As you can see, the name Laguna Diamante is not a coincidence.
